Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TaskAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TaskAI is a Telegram-based AI assistant that provides tools for Solana traders, including token scanning, fresh pair alerts, crypto Twitter monitoring, and content generation. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where the Service is prohibited

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per user; do not create multiple accounts to abuse limits

5. TASK Token

5.1 Utility Only

TASK is a utility token that grants access to Service features based on holder tiers. It does NOT:

  • Represent equity, ownership, or profit-sharing rights
  • Provide any claim to revenue generated by TaskAI
  • Constitute an investment contract or security
  • Guarantee any specific features or service levels

5.2 No Investment Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5.3 Price Volatility

Token prices are volatile. The value of TASK may fluctuate significantly. We make no representations about future value or liquidity.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or staff
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
  • Use bots or automation to bypass rate limits
  • Share API keys or webhook secrets
  • Scrape or collect data for competitive purposes
  • Impersonate TaskAI staff or create phishing attempts

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using TaskAI, you consent to data collection and processing as described.

8. Intellectual Property

  • TaskAI and its content (code, design, branding) are owned by us or our licensors
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • User-generated content (e.g., scans) remains yours, but you grant us a license to use it for Service operation

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability.

9.2 Third-Party Data

TaskAI aggregates data from third-party sources (blockchain, Twitter, DEXs). We are not responsible for errors or delays in third-party data.

9.3 No Custody

TaskAI is non-custodial. We never hold or control your funds. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TaskAI AND ITS TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Trading losses or financial damages
  • Service downtime or data loss
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service (if any)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaskAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

You may terminate your account anytime via /delete account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via Telegram. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@taskai.xyz. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and TaskAI regarding the Service.
